O R D E R

This Court, by an order dated 12.04.2019, directed the petitioner/Management to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the second respondent, as One Time Settlement, in lieu of reinstatement, other benefits and backwages. The proposal of the second respondent claiming a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- was accepted by the petitioner / Management and the second respondent gave up all his rights for reinstatement as well as his claim against 17-B wages also. In compliance with the order of this Court, the petitioner / Management has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent also acknowledges the receipt of the payment as directed by this Court.
