This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the M.P. 111 of 2019 in R.C.O.P. 6 of 2019, pending on the file of learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Poonamallee.

2. Considering the nature of order going to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which would cause no prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is a landlady. She has filed a petition for eviction under Sec.10(2)(i) and 10(3)(a)(i) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 (hereinafter called as 'Act') on the ground of willful default and owner's occupation. In the above R.C.O.P., the tenant has failed to deposit the rent. Hence, the petitioner has moved the application under Sec.11(4) of the Act. That application has been filed during April 2019, and the same is still pending. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the materials available on record carefully.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2/4

learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the M.P. 111 of 2019 in R.C.O.P. 6 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
