This petition is filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the second appeal.

2.Mr.R.Chandrasudan, learned counsel appears for the first respondent. The second respondent though served notice has not entered appearance. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for the delay being condoned.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 119 days in filing this second appeal.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
