[Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, representing counsel for the appellant sought time to adjourn the matter. Since there was no representation for the appellant, registry was directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 08.12.2021 and 09.12.2021 to enable the appellant to argue her case. As there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either through counsel or by herself and the matter is of the year 2016, which is pending for more than 5 years before this Court, we are inclined to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected C.M.Ps are closed. No costs.
