ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner/ complainant to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4125 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
