(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, sought to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. Consequently, WMP No.2352 of 2023 is also dismissed.
