A.No.1381 of 2025 has been filed seeking to implead the applicants/ plaintiffs 4 to 6 as the legal heir of the deceased 3rd plaintiff. In support of the application, the applicants have also produced the death certificate as well as legal heir certificate issued by the appropriate authorities.

K.KUMARESH BABU.J., sr 3rd plaintiff has the applicants/plaintiffs 4 to 6 as the only sole surviving legal heirs.

3. Therefore, I do not find any impediment in ordering the application. Accordingly A.No.1381 of 2025 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment within one week from today.
