This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.182/2012 Sa.Pa. dated 26.11.2012 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Senior Clerk in the second respondent society.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, in the year 2015, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Senior Clerk and as such the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,
