This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to expedite the disposal of the trial in C.C.No.967 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial in C.C.No.967 of 2017 itself was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
