[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife R.Geetha and his minor daughter R.Saipriya, aged about 13 years, before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. Petitioner is present. The detenue and her minor daughter have been produced. Recording the position that the detenue has left the matrimonial home on her own accord taking along with her minor daughter and leaving it open to the parties to work out their respective rights, if any, before appropriate forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
