Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records in respect of the impugned order issue by the second respondent wide his proceedings in R.C.No.2053/B2/2005 dated 18.08.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents not to demand any admission fee of Rs.3,500/- for the academic year 2009-2010 from the students admitted in Diploma in Teacher Education course for the remittance of the same in the Government Account.
