This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33359 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2019 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and identified the property comprised in survey No.197/2A1 situated at Pothur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and also passed

orders on 03.07.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 03.07.2023 before this Court.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
