Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.02 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act , the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the petitioner has already been arrested.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the petitioner has already been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
