ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.2522 of 2020, to some other agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is in the verge of completion and the final report will be filed within a period of two months. petitioner is without any substance and the investigation is being conducted effectively by the 2nd respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and after recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
