ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 18.01.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thiruvallur, in I.A.No.93 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2015, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to conduct DNA test. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main petition in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2015 itself disposed of and hence the revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.
