Writ appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order dated 06.01.2020 passed in W.P.No.31767 of 2014. Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari calling for the records in respect of letter No.Q3/5138/2012 dated 27.11.2014 of the 1st respondent, quash the same. MAHADEVAN, J.) Based on the letter dated 14.02.2024 filed by the learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner before the Registry, the above writ appeal and writ petition have been listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these cases, as the appellant/petitioner is inclined to file an application under Samadhan Scheme, announced by the State Government to settle the pending disputes 2/4

arising from the TNVAT Act, 2006. He has filed memos dated 15.02.2024 and also made an endorsement in the respective case bundles, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner, the above writ appeal and writ petition are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
