Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to his order made in Rc.No.89363/90/E.3(3) dt.31.05.2004 in so far as rejecting the claim for payment of arrears of pay and allowances for the period from 01.01.1994 to 30.08.1998 and quash the same, consequent to direct the respondent to treat the said period as duty period and further direct to pay the arrears of pay and allowances for the said period and with all consequential service benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to his order made in Rc.No.89363/90/E.3(3) dt.31.05.2004 insofar as rejecting the claim for payment of arrears of pay and allowances for the period from 01.01.1994 to 30.08.1998 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondent to treat the said period as duty period and further direct to pay the arrears of pay and allowances for the said period with all consequential service benefits.

2. The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has already been complied with in the year 2015 itself https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
