ORDER

When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 20.02.2018 and to provide a report of the survey.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to resurvey the land and provide patta in his favour.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the land was already surveyed by the concerned respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

5.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
