Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarifiled Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Impugned order of the third respondent in No.V-14013/Rev/BDB/SS/2009-1147 dated 11.05.2009 and the order of the fourth respondent in No.V11014/31/2K/L&R (SZ)/4618 dated 31.07.2000 and the order of removal from service passed by the 5 th respondent herein in No.V15014/BDB/NNP/GHM/AD-VI/1473 dated 21.03.2000 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.
