CRIME NO.5 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner, shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.18942/2020 order dated 21.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18942 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18942 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
