2. As regards the writ petitioner, the position is no different today. Though captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' pursuant to our earlier proceedings, there is no representation for writ petitioner but Mr.M.S.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate for respondents is before this Court.
