The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the issue between the parties are settled. In respect of the dues to be paid to the workmen, the gratuity and all other benefits were settled in favour of the workman by the Management.

2. In view of the fact that the dues were settled by the Management and the issues are resolved, no further adjudication needs to be taken in this regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
