The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2022 of the land at survey No.21/3b2c and patta no.206 for uploading the patta on on-line.

2. In respect of the land at property at S.No.21/3b2c situated at Mapped Vilalge, Thiruvangeri, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, the petitioner claims that she has patta, but in order to get computer patta, the petitioner has given a representation on 22.06.2022 and to consider the said representation and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.K.Gajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation had been given to the first and second respondents, but the competent authority to consider the petitioner's representation is the third respondent, hence, a copy of the 2/4

same can be forwarded by the petitioner to the third respondent, who on receipt of the same, would consider the same by passing the order within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That the petitioner shall forward the copy of the representation dated 22.06.2022 to the third respondent along with the copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall consider it and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
