Be that as it may, Mr.R.Madanagopaal, learned counsel for sole respondent very fairly submits that he has no objection qua the delay being condoned though he has filed a counter affidavit dated 28.09.2024. This Court, having perused the support affidavit, in the light of no objection from the respondent, deems it appropriate to write that delay is condoned and captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for.
