ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.120 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's name is not found in the FIR.

The petitioner obtained Anticipatory Bail in Crl.M.P.No.1527 of 2018 dated 31.05.2018. Therefore, this Court does not find any ground to quash the FIR at this stage.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending. If at all the final report filed as against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
