O R D E R
The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the award, directing the reinstatement of the 2nd respondent herein into service with continuity of service, 25% backwages and other benefits.
2. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the second respondent herein that pending Writ Petition, they had amicably settled the dispute among themselves, whereby, the second respondent herein had agreed to receive the sum of Rs.75,000/- as full and final settlement and thereby forgoes his right to claim for reinstatement of service and other benefits. In addition to the amount of Rs.75,000/- offered by the Management, they also have no objection if the petitioner withdraws the money, which is lying in the credit of I.D.No.35 of 1999 before the Labour Court, Salem. To that effect, the second respondent has also filed a memo dated 07.03.2019 before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the respective counsel as well as the memo, dated 07.03.2019, the Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs.
