C.M.P.Nos.10087 to 10089 of 2018 in A.S.No.262 of 2017 C.M.P.Nos.10087 to 10089 of 2018 in A.S.No.262 of 2017 R.N.MANJULA, J., C.M.P.Nos.10087 to 10089 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the above suit.
