The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondents and in particular the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Assistant for the place of Maruthavanam, Muthupettai Taluk, Thiruvarur District.
2. Mr.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been accomplished in the year 2013 itself as the petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Assistant and recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
