ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court below, at the time of granting bail to the petitioner.
2. The FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and this petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by the Court below from 23.11.2018 onwards. The condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
