This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 15.12.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that it is the matter regarding matrimonial dispute, on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.72 of 2021. He would further submit that the parties have compromised and thereby, the C.S.R.No.72 of 2021 was closed by B4, High Court Police Station.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
