This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 11.04.2008.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has also given a reply to the charge memo and an enquiry was also conducted and the same was completed and the final order is yet to be passed. He would further submit that since substantial progress had taken after the filing of the writ petition challenging the charge memo, this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
