Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent herein made in his impugned Order No.Rc.B.2. 6645/2003 dated 14.11.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 herein not to proceed against the Petitioner in respect of the matter pending before them.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died and his legal representatives are not coming forward to prosecute the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect which reads as follows: "Petitioner died and the Legal representatives are not coming forward to prosecute the writ petition"
