Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to rectify the errors crept in the Revenue records in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respect of the land to an extent of 0.52.50 hectare, comprised in Survey No.268/2 of Gopanapalli Village, Mathigiri Firka, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri Dsitrict and issue computerised Patta, Chitta and "A" Register Extract to the petitioner, based on the representations dated 02.03.2015 and 22.01.2018.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.03.2015 and 22.01.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
