This Writ Petition is fled to grant leave to file the above contempt petition in W.P.No.31243 of 2023 against the respondents and pass orders.

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner in the above W.P by name Srinivasan passed away on 04.05.2024. Hence, this Aub Application is filed to grant leave. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.
