2. Heard Mr.T.Sivaprakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Hema Srinivasan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow the instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, as prayed for.
