The captioned writ petition has been filed assailing the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D).No.2 Health and Family Welfare (K2) Department dated 02.01.2015 (Served on 27.03.2015) and further direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Grade II Nursing Superintendent on par with the petitioner's juniors.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on previous dates ie., 13.06.2025, 31.07.2025 and 01.08.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. Even today (18.08.2025) there is no representation for the writ petitioner. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
