Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent-Bank to claim the Interest Subsidy to the tune of Rs.1,09,375/- for the educational loan taken vide Loan A/c 61807660000028 under the CSIS Scheme and extend the benefit to the petitioner herein and consequently furnish the repayment chart to the petitioner. O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to grant Education Loan during the year 2011.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Education Loan was granted to the petitioner. The petitioner completed the Course. However, the dues are yet to be settled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner is bound to settle the loan dues. It is for the respondent-Bank to initiate appropriate actions in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
