Crl.M.P.No.5306 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.351 of 2018 P.VELMURUGAN.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide its order dated 05.07.2018 in Cr.A.No.351 of 2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, by its order dated 05.07.2018, had imposed certain conditions and now the Appellant seeks to modify the same and also investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been completed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondent police has raised strong objection for relaxing the conditions. Considering the nature of offences and the conditions imposed by this Court and also the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition.

4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the learned District Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District is directed to expedite the case in Crl.M.P.No.762 of 2018 and dispose the matter in accordance with law.
