ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran, J.) This appeal has been filed by the State challenging the Order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15263 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024.
2. The operative portion of the Order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15263 of 2024, which is under challenge in this appeal, reads as below:- "6.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 and pass Orders on the same in the light of the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.9333 of 1997 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court after giving opportunity to the petitioner and all other parties concerned."
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that, pursuant to the direction of the Court in W.P.No.15263 of 2024, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sriperumbudur, had passed proceedings on 27.12.2024 and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal.
