ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent, dated 18.09.2006 dismissing an Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner management.

2. It can be seen that when a notice was issued, that the same was returned with an endorsement as the first respondent died. No steps have been taken by the management from the year 2006 to implead the legal heirs of the first respondent.

3. In view thereof and since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner management, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
