This Writ Petition has been directed against the allotment order for Open Developed Space measuring 4427 sq.mts. at Biden place to the Licensee for occupation for a period of 11 months from 01.07.2009 to 31.05.2010 under monthly licence basis issued by the 1st respondent dated 24.06.2009 for the purpose of construction of tanks to store Molasses/Edible Oils on condition that the Licensee should lay the pipelines of not less than 14' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with a capacity of not less than 500 tonnes per hour by obtaining all required licences from the competent authorities. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has already become infructuous since the relief sought for against the period from 01.07.2009 to 31.05.2010 for allotment of Open Developed Space on Licence Basis itself has already been lapsed and expired. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
