The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Management made a submission that a comprehensive scheme has been framed by the High Court and the Management is in the process of implementing the scheme framed by the High Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is an admitted fact that the workman in the present writ petition is also beneficiary under the scheme and accordingly, his dues will be settled along with all other workmen, as per the terms and conditions of the scheme framed by the High Court in Cont.P.No.240 of 2006 dated 30.11.2011.

3. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required in the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
