PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.451 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police Central Crime Branch-I, Chennai to any other agency of the respondent police. For Petitioner : Mr.C.K.Candrasekkar For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.451 of 2018 on the file of respondent police to some other agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the status report has been filed stating that they have examined so many persons and submitted that the only grievance is respondent did not arrested the accused person, since the case was registered against the accused person under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.451 of 2018. Now, it is also seen that the accused filed anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29594 of 2018 and it is pending before this Court. Therefore, the arrest of the accused person depend upon the orders passed by this Court in anticipatory bail petition. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the orders passed by this Court in the anticipatory bail filed by the accused in Crl.O.P.No.29594 of 2018 and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
