This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.327 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.327 of 2023 and it has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. It was further submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.1 of 2024. 3.In view of the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
