Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the court of Learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai weekly once at 10.30 a.m pending appeal imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14958 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.703 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14958 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.703 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI cases). 3.In view of the above, the order made in Crl.M.P.No.14958 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.703 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Court of learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai once in a month at 10.30 a.m. pending appeal instead of weekly once. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
