C.M.P.No.2069 of 2020 in C.M.A.No.SR.10932 of 2020 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 641 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the 1st respondent.

3.Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent and their name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 641 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
