ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed for production of petitioner's daughter Sharmila Banu, said to be in the illegal custody of the second respondent.

2. Today, the detenue appeared before this Court and stated that she has married the second respondent and that she is living with him on her own volition and that there is no illegal custody.

3. The detenue was permitted to speak with her parents, who were present in the Court, to whom she has stated her willingness to go with the second respondent.
