ORDER

(1) The present petition has been filed seeking interference with FIR in Crime No.9/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

(2) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent had forwarded the Final Report under section 173 Cr.P.C., filed by the Investigating Officer whereby he had stated that the complaint had been referred to as ''further action dropped''.

(3) Recording the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

(4) Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The parties may approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, for further reliefs, if they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
