ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to execute the warrant of arrest issued by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai made in M.P.No.658 of 2014 in M.C.No.438 of 2011 on 23/08/2017 in order the secure the appearance of the 2nd respondent before the said Family Court, Chennai on 26/02/2018 or on any other day.

2.The warrant is said to have been issued in the year 2015. It is not known whether the warrant has already been executed. 3.This criminal original petition is closed and if any subsequent warrant has been issued and the same has not been executed, liberty is given to the petitioner to move a fresh petition.
