Mr.R.Prabakaran, s/o.Late B.Rajenddran, Fla No.G-3, S.S.Manor,No.30/3 Maduraisamy Madam Street, Pperambur, Chennai-600 011 ..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that the estate of the deceased may be granted to the petitioners with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedulein the petition.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners who are the wife and son of late B.Rajendran who died intestate on 30.04.2017 seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition that stood in the name of late B.Rajendran.

2.The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produced the death certificate of B.Rajendran as Ex.P1 and

legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2.

3.A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased. In view of the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
